Accountant/Controller
We are hiring an Accountant/Controller!
Here’s what you need to know:
Job title: Accountant/Controller
Type: Full-time
Location: Whistler, British Columbia (or remote)
Salary: $75,000+ dependent on experience
Role:
-
Day to Day Bookkeeping including processing accounts receivable and payable
-
Timely month-end cycle completion
-
Assist with building awesome reports

Manage client/vendor communication via phone/email

Experience in both administration and bookkeeping is essential

Experience and knowledge of QuickBooks is essential

Experience with Dext & Plooto an asset, or other QBO integrations

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)

A skilled communicator who is friendly, personable, and outgoing

Highly organized, detail-oriented and can handle a variety of tasks & prioritise

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – can get things done!
