With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, including five years as COO of a leading engineering firm, Lauren brings a rare blend of real-world operational insight and human-centered leadership expertise. She understands the pace, pressure, and accountability that come with leading in technically complex, fast-growing organizations, and works closely with executives as they transition from high-performing operators to influential, strategic leaders.

Lauren is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), with over 500 hours of executive coaching experience.
