He has a strong communication style and can clearly articulate a vision to a broad team while building consensus with various stakeholders, both within an organization and throughout the broader community. Damian employs a consultative and approachable coaching style, attuned to feedback, welcoming input from team members and stakeholders and is currently working with 12 clients in varied industry. He has grown several successful businesses from the ground up, gaining a ‘nuts-and-bolts’ understanding of all operations, from human resources to working with international suppliers.
Damian’s background in running his own business, and in many other association and volunteer roles, has provided him with a keen understanding of the power of the tourism, events and hospitality sector to generate economic activity in Nova Scotia for the betterment of all citizens. Complementing that is extensive experience as an innovative, successful, self-starting entrepreneur.
