Who Qualifies

Qualification requirements

Certification is selective. To be considered as a Metronomics coach, you'll need:

A minimum of 3 years as a business coach — or evidence of using a similar system as a CEO.

An existing coaching practice and a portfolio of at least 3 annually engaged clients.

Evidence of competency as a business coach, shown through:

  • Utilizing an execution system with existing clients, with evidence of proficiency; and/or
  • Historical evidence of using an execution system and its impact with existing or past clients.
