Elliot trained directly with Shannon Susko at the Metronomics New Coach Onsite and is actively coaching leadership teams through Foundation-phase implementation, including the full meeting rhythm, cultural system buildout, and 3HAG development. He holds certifications in Predictive Index and Topgrading, equipping him to drive the Human System alongside the Strategic and Execution Systems.
