Dr. Lili Sussman holds a PhD from Harvard University (in decision-making), and has spent two decades scaling tech businesses, leading not for profits, consulting to some of the largest multinationals, and building new products and innovations across diverse international markets and sectors.
I coach ambitious and humble organisations and CEOs who are evolving to become transformative leaders.
People: I specialise in building cohesive A-player teams - have built award winning cultures and high growth, high performance teams again and again. I use the science of the brain along with the discipline of Metronomics to transform a team into a high performance team.
Operational: I have led a range of functions - Strategy, Product, and Marketing, to name a few, across both big companies (corporates) and smaller (scaleups and NFPs), as well as having been a founder. I have deep empathy for the challenges of being in the trenches day to day. I get what it feels like to sit in different seats around the leadership table, and I know what it takes to build scalable functions and organisations.
Strategy and Product: I'm an expert strategist and product leader with years of BCG strategy projects and years of being Chief Strategy Officer in multiple organisations behind me, having launched new products in multiple industries. Often companies need greater clarity on their growth strategy (customer or product strategy as well as corporate portfolio strategy), and the team benefits from a structured co-creation process.
Expe)rienced across many industries (tech, financial services, healthcare, consumer/retail, professional services, energy, etc.

She now advises and coaches growth organisations to achieve consistent high growth, coaching leadership teams to scale up together and enjoy the journey along the way with Metronomics.
