Here's how I work: I don't just coach CEOs. I work with your entire leadership team - you, each team member individually, and the team collectively. Think of it like coaching an Olympic team, not just the captain. (Olympic teams don't perform without coaches. Neither do leadership teams.)

I take on a maximum of five clients at any time. That's it. This is deep, intensive work - years, not quarters. My longest client relationship is now 7+ years. Once a client, always a client.

I'm industry agnostic - I'll never know your business as well as you do. What I know is how to help you stop being the constraint, build a team that executes without needing you in every decision, and fall back in love with the company you built.

I've been on your side of the table. Serial entrepreneur from my high school days in Prague, 4-time co-founder with three exits. I learned the Metronomics system as a CEO - coached by Damian Byrne, the first certified Metronomics coach. Now I use that experience to coach others through the same inflection points that used to keep me up at night.

I'm based in Canada, serving CEOs across Western Canada and the Western US. The proximity matters - I can be there when you need me.
