Peter has implemented Metronomics in his own businesses for more than 15 years and knows firsthand what it feels like when growth starts to stall, the CEO becomes the bottleneck, and the leadership team is no longer strong enough or aligned enough for the next chapter.

He works best with Business Owners / CEOs who have built something real  -- product-market fit, an existing leadership team, and strong potential -- but feel stuck or uncertain about how to get to the next level. In Peter's experience, growth slows when three things start to break down at once: the Owner has not fully evolved to the next version of the CEO role, the leadership team is not yet 100% A-Player, and the business lacks clarity and alignment around priorities, expectations, and accountability.
