Richard’s transition into coaching was shaped by his firsthand experience implementing Metronomics as a leadership team member. On his journey, he discovered that true success isn’t just about scaling a business—it’s about ensuring that leaders maintain balance in both work and life. While managing adult-onset Type 1 Diabetes, Richard learned how critical it is to lead effectively while prioritizing well-being. Now, he helps CEOs and leadership teams achieve the same.

Richard’s career began as an engineer at GE Aviation, where he worked on improvement projects before moving into management consulting with PwC and Deloitte, advising clients across the Czech Republic and Europe. He later took on leadership roles in Information Technology and Finance, and he is also the founder of a cybersecurity startup.

Richard lives in Prague, Czech Republic, with his wife, Andrea, and their two children, Samuel and Emily. When he’s not working, he enjoys running, traveling, and volunteering with a Search and Rescue team or as an international dragon boat race official.
